The Core Club Vault

Long before Core Club became the platform it is today, it was simply a vision—a desire to bring thoughtful, intentional movement into people's homes. These were the very first workouts I filmed. No elaborate production, no huge library of classes—just a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply to their bodies.
For this challenge, I've opened up the Core Club Vault and hand-selected some of the original classes that started it all. These workouts hold a special place in my heart because they represent the foundation of everything we teach today: proper alignment, mindful movement, postural awareness, and building strength from the inside out.
As you move through this collection, I invite you to reflect on your own journey. Whether you've been with Core Club from the beginning or just joined our community, this is a chance to slow down, revisit the fundamentals, and experience the classes that helped shape our method.
